Yes, works without any problems and charges faster, plus two NP-FW50s at the same time instead of just one.
It is theoretically possible, but I would not grill the expensive original batteries in such a cheap charger.

If that's what you mean, "NEX-5, NEX-3, NEX-5N, NEX-5A, NEX-5D, NEX-5K, NEX-7, NEX-C3, A55, A33" Those are cameras, not battery types.

I bought the device pictured here from Patona. TipTop.
It charges, is very and that relatively quickly. And is light and handy.
It has no switch and only 1 USB micro-charging cable connection.

The description mentioned (2 different charging methods) does not apply to this device.
At Digitec or Fotichäschtli you can find a corresponding Pantona charger,
that apparently can do this. Search term "Patona Sony NP-FW50 Dual LCD Charger".
But it is twice as expensive: 45.- or 49.90, depending on the supplier.

The charger has the following dimensions: width 12.5cm x length 11cm x height 3.5cm. The power cable is included in the delivery.
Yes, that is not a problem. I use the device myself to charge original batteries as well as Patona batteries.
Only if they have an NP-FW50 battery. This charger does not work for anything else.
Dia Alpha 7II has NP-FW50 batteries for which this charger is made.
