In fact, all our product images are only series images for visualisation purposes. We try to be as accurate as possible, but many keyboards do not show CH layouts. There you have to refer to the specifications.
However, a CH QWERTZ layout is available here.

It is Bluetooth so it is between 5 and 10m. Of course, a load-bearing wall could interfere with the connection (if you use the keyboard from another screen, another room to manage your computer).
Can do, just wouldn't recommend it.
To pair Bluetooth you have to press the "Fn" key and hold 1, 2, or 3 for min. 3 seconds, then the keyboard on the iPhone should appear in the Bluetooth devices for pairing.
