Yes, some of the hair gets caught in the rollers and especially on the front wheel of the appliance (but it can be removed once you understand the technique). You need to remove them at least once a week if you use the robot every day. But I think that's the problem with all robot hoovers. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied, I think it's good value for money and it's probably the best brand out there. I don't regret my purchase.

We watched some test videos and saw that the robot can get over normal thresholds (if both rooms have the same floor height). Even normal carpet edges are no problem, unless the mop cloth is attached. This means it doesn't get over raised areas as well.
