The volume of the appliance is very low, it works remarkably quietly even in the strongest suction mode, so that you can easily hear nearby conversations. In mop mode, the noise level is around 55 dB, which is also very quiet. The suction station is louder and reaches up to 64.8 dB during self-emptying, the volume of the voice assistant can be adjusted via the app.

According to our information, the product has an automatic mop cleaning function in the base station. This means that the mops are cleaned automatically during and after use.

The delivery included a mains cable with a 90° angle on the appliance side. This does not fit, as the connection on the appliance requires a straight plug and not an angled one. After consultation/complaint, a mains cable with a straight plug on the appliance side was supplied free of charge. Hope this information helps.

Cable for CH socket is included. The only problem is that the connector for the station is often supplied at 90°, which is not possible. Write to Digitec Supoort if this is the case
