Hi, I am planning to buy a tripod for my DSLR. I see following two products with exactly same name. I was able to do some research and according to the manufacturer, the only difference is the colour. The rest is the same. I have already requested that the missing and different details be corrected.

Hello, I haven't received the accessories (strap, spare foot caps, foot holder). I only received the storage bag and 2 keys. Is this normal? Has this happened to other customers?

Yes, it should be compatible. Both are Arca Swiss compatible.

Is this the same tripod as the "Rollei Compact Traveler No 1 C (Carbon/Orange)"? Just in black? Or is this an old version? I'm a bit confused by the single product picture and the fact that you can't switch the other colour variant... This is possible with the aluminium versions...

Is the quick-release plate of this tripod also available as a single part (accessory/spare part)? If you use e.g. 2 devices on this tripod, then it would be practical to mount a quick-release plate on each device.

According to the photos, this is the old version, in which the centre column cannot be lowered. According to the Rollei homepage, however, a new version with this feature is already on sale. The tripod should also be the older version, i.e. as it looks in the pictures.

I am looking for a second quick release plate, in the document there is no reference, no reference either on the head of the tripod. It is announced a compatibility with Arca Swiss, and on their site there is a warning: "Some suppliers abusively announce a compatibility when it is not the case". All these plates are so similar... I'm not going to buy a second tripod !!!! In advance, many thanks to anyone who can help me.
