As I understand it, you cannot use the offline functionality of Spotify. To be able to listen to music while swimming, you need to have audio files in .mp3 or .m4a format, for example, and copy them from the PC to the headphones as you would to a USB stick.

How do I switch on the microphone on the Open Swim Pro? I have now used my Open Swim Pro several times, on the bike and on the lake. The sound is good and they are waterproof, as promised. But I was also planning to make phone calls on the bike and that hasn't worked so far. I don't see any relevant settings in the app. If I connect the headphones to my computer, they only appear as audio-out, not as a microphone. The Open Swim Pro page states: "The microphones' breathable membrane, along with the innovative layered design safeguard against sweat and splashes." https://uk.shokz.com/products/openswim-pro So it should be possible somehow.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I don't think you can sort the music you download as mp3. I have about 1000 songs on it and it's super tedious when I have to skip through them all to get to a certain genre. With Openswim you could create folders and then jump from one folder to another. Is that no longer possible with the Pro?
