Hello Digitec This TEAC UD-701N, is not a stereo amplifier, but a multifunctional device with DAC/streamer and preamplifier. Practically all new DACs have a pre-out option. So, first of all, I would create three new sub-categories as follows: preamplifier, power amplifier and DAC/streamer. I have already recommended this to Ricardo, but they have not responded. Ricardo only has the category Other Hifi Components for this DAC e.t.c. category. Maybe have a look at Ricardo to see how the hifi components are subdivided there. In general, I also have to say that the hifi segment is very poorly categorised on your site. And this TEAC UD-701N, is first and foremost a DAC, with streamer and preamplifier on board and not a stereo amplifier. For such a high-end device, the description should be a little more detailed.
