Cannot be used with the supplied software, version 23.2.0.76.
On Windows 10 and on two different PCs, there are cuts during the capture.
Lost several days looking for solutions, problem announced on several internet forums but not resolved.
I finally installed version 23.2.2.106 available on the site: https://www.pinnaclesys.com/fr... and finally it works.

I expected a little better quality for this price. It is OK for my video/audio transmission to the computer.

Very poor product, hardware and software do not work together. The same problems are described on many forums and there is no solution.
Please do not sell product anymore, because it is junk !!!!Contra
