SOLID AND HIGH QUALITY
Good microphone / audio quality, metal construction. A bit heavy so it's better to keep it on your desk. Has an instrument input which I have not yet tested. No need to plug it in to use it.

Very good sound quality. USB cable supplied too bulky
My point of criticism is the bulky USB cable. The USB plug with noise filter has hardly any space under the microphone. The connector should either have been recessed in the microphone or a cable with a shorter USB connector should have been supplied.

First microphone
I bought the Samson G-Track pro a few weeks ago because my headset microphone gave up the gest. For me, the Samson G-Track pro seems very stable. It was well packaged, the instructions are understandable if you need them. Knobs seem high quality, as do the various slide switches. I haven't used the free software much, so I can't report much on it. Otherwise, it's a robust microphone, with very good recording quality. The stand holds the microphone very firmly. Only the plug that leads to the microphone seems very loose to me.
