2-Port Gigabit PoE Extender designed to extend the connection distance by an additional 100 m at both ends over a Cat-5e cable or better. Suitable for covering longer distances by cascading multiple PoE extenders in a network. No additional power supply is required. LAN cables are used to power IEEE 802.3at compliant network devices. It features PoE detection to check whether the network device receiving power is IEEE 802.3at compliant or if only data is being transmitted over the LAN cable. No special network cables are required.

Input: 1x 10/100/1000 ports for data and power. Output: 1x 10/100/1000 ports for data and power. By adding PoE devices, it is possible to use an existing standard Cat-5e or Cat-6 Ethernet cable without needing a new outlet for power and data. Supports PoE IEEE 802.3af/at.
