For our Dongleserver Pro, we offer an additional service option: With the Dongleserver Pro Serviceplus, we extend the manufacturer's warranty by two years and guarantee a quick and easy replacement of the hardware in case of a device failure.
With Serviceplus, the standard three-year warranty is extended by an additional two years. This means a total of 60 months of manufacturer warranty!
In the event of a device failure recognized by our support team, the customer will receive a direct replacement for their Dongleserver Pro from SEH or an authorized SEH partner. The configuration of the replacement device will be identical to that of the defective unit, allowing work to continue with minimal interruptions. It's that simple and convenient!.
