SilverStone's SB-3.1-Gen-1-Hub EP09 is designed to quickly and easily expand a system with modern USB 3.1 ports in Type-A and Type-C formats. It features four backward-compatible USB 3.1 fast-charging ports and is compatible with USB Power Delivery Specification 1.2 (BC 1.2) for rapid charging of mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets.

To minimize the need for adapters, the ports are divided into two Type-A and two Type-C ports. The practical LED indicator allows users to check the operational status of the compact device. Power is supplied via the Type-C port.
