After the Superstar and ImperialStar series, which were commonly used in the 1980s, Tama developed the StarClassic Maple series. This series focuses on players in the professional segment but is more affordable than the Star series. The toms and floor tom are 6-ply and 5 mm thick, while the bass drum is 8-ply and 7 mm thick. It produces a very thick sound and has a matching appearance! This kit is finished in a stylish exotic finish, the Gloss Natural Movingui finish, and is equipped with nickel hardware.
