This standalone intelligent antenna is part of the XG series, a range of RFID readers and tags. RFID, or Radio Frequency Identification, refers to radio frequency identification systems operating at 13.56 MHz. It is mounted using a 22 mm standard hole on a control panel and tightened by hand with a single locking nut. The locking nut is supplied with the smart antenna. This intelligent antenna with a discrete PNP output directly controls a relay or contactor. Depending on the associated tags, its detection range is between 20 mm and 70 mm. Its protection class is IP65. This antenna operates in an ambient temperature range of -40 °C to +70 °C. It has a compact size of 40 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm and an M12 connector for power supply.
