With over 100 S/m, the KryoSheet is electrically conductive and therefore requires special care during installation in IT environments to prevent short circuits.
Very low material thickness
The pad has a thickness of 0.2 mm to ensure direct contact between the component and the heatsink.
High temperature resistance
The maximum operating temperature of the thermal pad is 150 °C for continuous use under heavy thermal loads.
