1000Base-T to 1000Base-LX single-mode fiber converter (20 km) with SC connector - supports connections up to 20 km long - 1000Base-T Gigabit copper port supports full-duplex mode - supports SNMP management at the port level. The TFC-1000 series fiber converters from TRENDnet convert data transmission from 1000Base-T (copper Gigabit) to 1000Base-SX/LX (fiber Gigabit) and vice versa. The 1000Base-T port supports full-duplex Gigabit connections at line speed with an RJ45 connector. The fiber Gigabit connection supports short-wave (SX) and long-wave (LX) laser optics with SC connector in single mode. This converter provides your copper Gigabit connection with an interface to a fiber connection of up to 20 km. With its optional 19" rack-mountable housing with 16 slots, the TFC series converters are perfect for a variety of fiber cables.
