The extension tubes can be combined in any way between the lens and the camera, increasing the distance between the lens and the sensor plane. This corresponds to a much greater extension of the focusing screw. Effect: The reproduction scale is enlarged, which also reduces the depth of field. A subject in the close range is separated from the background and isolated. These extension tubes can be used with many, nearly all, lenses. Short focal lengths in the range of standard or light telephoto are most effective for close-up shots.

The set consists of three extension tubes in different sizes that can be combined in any way. This allows you to achieve significantly different reproduction scales with the same basic lens. Please note: You are extending the path of light through the extension tubes. The exposure time, for example at a scale of 1:1, will be four times longer. If necessary, we recommend using a tripod with stable lenses.

To ensure as elegant and trouble-free operation as possible, all three extension tubes are equipped with gold-plated contacts. This maintains the transmission of EXIF data as well as aperture control. Exposure metering in TV or AV mode is also fully possible. Finally, autofocus works perfectly thanks to the contacts.
