Management-free fast Ethernet switches - Basic line. Management-free Ethernet switches from the Basic Line series connect nodes and enable communication. These switches are the simplest active network components, requiring no configuration and offering great flexibility. They utilize basic standard protocols such as autonegotiation, autocrossing, and flow control, automatically adapting to different transmission speeds or connector wiring.
Ethernet switches in the Basic Line include 10/100 BaseT(X) with RJ45 connectors and 100BaseFX with SC multimode. They feature redundant dual 12/24/48 V DC and 18 to 30 V AC inputs. The robust hardware design is well-suited for hazardous areas (Class I Div. 2 / ATEX) and marine environments (DNV/GL), housed in an aluminum enclosure according to IP 30.
Switches are available with different connection options:
- 5 x RJ45
- 4 x RJ45, 1 x SC multimode
- 5 x RJ45
