The new flagship from Xilence in the field of air cooling from the Performance X series - the M906. It features six extremely powerful black heat pipes that dissipate 250 W of waste heat to the countless cooling fins, making it ideal for high-performance multi-core processors. The multi-socket design allows the cooler to be used on all current Intel and AMD sockets. Included in the package are the heatsink, a PWM-controlled 120 mm FDB Xilent fan, a mounting module for sockets LGA1700/2066/2011/1200/1151/1150/1155/1156 and AMD AM4/AM5, an illustrated installation guide, and a tube of thermal paste. The elegant design of the black case fan integrates seamlessly into any PC build, and the embossed metallic Xilence logo enhances the overall appearance. Thanks to the Fluid Dynamic Bearing technology, the fan of the M906 offers extremely high running accuracy and operates particularly quietly, producing only a barely noticeable whisper of the cooling airflow. The integrated rubber pads of the case fan optimally dampen vibrations. The streamlined design of the rotor blades allows for even better air circulation.

The Xilence cooler remains very quiet up to around 950 rpm, from a PWM ratio of 75 per cent (approx. 1500 rpm) its fan hums at 2.2 sone. If it is turned up fully, which was not necessary even at 120 watts TDP, it is the loudest in this group at 3.5 sone. Installation is easy with the recommended instructions, but these are not included...
