The indestructible Zebra DS3608 area imager offers superior performance with extreme durability. Thanks to innovative housing design and area imaging technology, there are no moving parts. As a result, the balanced hand-held scanner is almost completely dust and waterproof (IP67) and offers drop resistance of up to 2.4m. This makes the DS3608 perfect for any application in adverse indoor and outdoor conditions, even in extreme temperatures from -30 to +50 °C. Whether standard, ER, HD, HP or DPM barcodes - the DS3608 offers a dedicated variant for every application and captures almost all 1D and 2D barcodes quickly and reliably with a range of up to 21m. Read confirmation is provided by practical triple feedback: two bright LEDs in the viewing area, a clear tone and short vibration. This provides clarity after each scan and greatly increases user efficiency. As standard, the DS3608 comes with a convenient multi-interface. Depending on requirements, connection is via USB, RS-232 or KBW interface.
