Am I the only one where "Smart View", despite perfect Wi-Fi reception, only has a freeze frame at the beginning, then projects everything "rattling through" in fast forward and when it then runs "synchronously" with the Samsung Galaxy S10+ it still "stalls" every 10 seconds? I have no idea what I am doing wrong or what exactly I should do about this problem. I've already reset the display, but unfortunately that didn't help either ... The TV is not even a week old ...

please first check whether resetting the network settings on your Galaxy S10+ will bring about an improvement. The path for this is: "Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings". If this does not help, please contact our colleagues in technical support. They can be reached from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 21:30 under the telephone number 06196 77 555 77.
