The S Pen Fold Edition officially only works with the Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Fold 4, Z Fold 5 and Z Fold 6. There is no official support for the S Pen for the Galaxy Z Fold 7, as Samsung has discontinued pen compatibility for this model.
