I don't know of a desktop with a docking station. I have my monitor connected to the graphics card. The ASRock X570 panel has 6 USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, but only 1 USB 3.1 Gen 2 (Type C port).

Via USB-C (without Thunderbolt) it's a question of resolution. But why a docking station for a PC? It's better to install a graphics card (available from 50CHF at Digitec). This also gives you better performance. Without a graphics card, it depends on the CPU you use. So if you are already using an X570, you should also get a graphics card.
For information, a graphics card (Nvidia 2060 Super) and 2x NVME SSDs can be used without any problems.
