I can't answer that, but I think if you download the app to the laptop and the laptop has Bluetooth it should be possible.

This is possible, the app from the watch must be installed on the laptop. If it is a newer generation laptop, then it certainly has a Bluetooth function. The watch exchanges the data via Bluetooth.
