May 2022 and apparently they are continuing cheerfully. Also the wrong power cable (Schuko). And anyone who tries to deposit this in any form at Digitec on Saturday afternoon: No chance! Chat and telephone are not available, which is understandable... But for a simple web form, where you could submit a case/ticket for ordering, it should be enough. So far, every FAQ/Helpcenter/Button has led back to "You can reach us via Chat/Telephone"... D'Oh!

I got mine with 2 PIN connector, that works with outlets in my flat and additional CH plug for it.

Today I bought RT-AX86U and has same issue that it doesn't have right power plug connector to support CH-Power outlet. This is just not acceptable. Who is responsible to provide adopter to convert from give power plug to CH-Power outlet format?
