Can I also charge my iPhone, iPad and Powerbank with Quick Charge?

Yes and no, your iPhone and iPad can be charged with Quick Charge, but rather slowly. I don't know if your powerbank supports this, but it should be stated on the packaging or online. If you want to charge your iPhone or iPad quickly, you need a "PowerDelivery" also called "PD" compatible power supply.
