It depends on what kind of TV is in use, but basically YES.
Almost all TVs have an RCA (stereo cinch) output, which you can use directly as an input in the Marshall speaker.
If necessary, there is also a 3.5mm jack (headphone plug) that you can also use directly in the speaker.
