The Samsung Portable SSD T7 - 1 TB - MU-PC1T0T/WW can be connected via USB 3.2 Gen.2 and is backwards compatible with 3.1, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.
Two USB cables (Type-C to C and Type-C to A) are included in the scope of delivery.
Please check whether your iPhone 14 has a suitable port and contact the device manufacturer if in doubt.

The tablet comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable. I don't know whether the iPhone 14 and tablet get along!

Apple includes a Lightning to USB-C cable in the scope of delivery from the iPhone 14 pro onwards. That should work. I'm not sure whether it can support USB 3.1.
