Can I connect my Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 5700 XT (8GB) here? Because it says on the graphics card that the minimum wattage should be 600 watts. I have an MSI B450M VDH-Max, with a Ryzen 5 3600, with 3200 mhz, 2x 8 gb ram and 4 fans + CPU cooler, and another sata 2.5 inch and 1x 240 gb ssd.

Helpful answer

As a rule, 500W is sufficient. 77W for the Ryzen and ~250W for the graphics card. The fan and HD need very little. At peaks, it can happen that the 500W is exceeded, but then you should only clock down a little.
