Can I redirect the sound from the FM radio app in the smartphone (Samsung S4) via the headphone jack and BT0024 to a BT speaker? Unfortunately, this is not possible with the mobile phone's internal BT.

This is not an answer to my question, because it refers to a mobile phone with the "FM Radio" app (or any other FM radio app) whose output is to be diverted to the Bluetooth interface (instead of headphones or speakers).

I don't have a Samsung S4 and therefore no such APP. I think it will work. I connected a Pure 2500 DAB+ radio headphone output to the BT0024 and switched the BT0024 to TX. On the other Bluetooth side I put a Logitech X300 BT speaker in and this worked fine.
