Can I set up the TV if I don't have an internet connection? I am only interested in using it with my playstation and blu-ray player. thank you

I would think so. Just connect the PlayStation to the TV with HDMI, then on the TV settings, choose the HDMI port.
It has 4 HDMI ports, and I have my Samsung cinema/Bluray, Sunrise TV box, and a Karaoke device connected
