According to the Apple website, the 13" comes with:
61W USB-C Power Adapter

This one can handle all PD 3.0 profiles. Therefore yes, but it charges a little slower than the one supplied by Apple because it only has approx. 45W output power on the USB-C port.
But it's probably smaller and lighter than the one from Apple and has an additional USB-A port.
Clear buy recommendation from me. I am very satisfied with the power supply.
