Can I use the Nvidia Quadro K2000 graphics card with PCIE Express 2.0x16 on this motherboard? Thanks for your help.
I can't tell you exactly. But PCI Express 2.0 has the same contact strip as PCI Express 5.0
So it should work.

In your case, I would much rather use a new graphics card. I used to use the Nvidia Quadro K2000 for my CAD Autodesk Inventor programme.

Even PCIe 1.0 works. In the BIOS/UEFI, the slots can all be limited to e.g. Gen 2 - i.e. 2.0.
