yes the Ledger Nano S Plus can store Quant - QNT tokens, will be stored in the Ethereum account on the Nano S Plus, also send only via the Ethereum Network or receive.

So, a Ledger never stores any of your crypto, it's all in the blockchain. The Ledger is only used to access your personal account in the blockchain. It's like a bank IBAN that you can only access through your Ledger.
