Unfortunately NO for the Tab S2 SM-T719, so the critical security gap exists when Bluetooth is activated according to BlueBorne.
This is the status as of 5.11.2017 on my device regarding the software update: T791XXU2BQD1, T719ITV2BQE1, T719XXU1BQCI.
As a customer, it should be expected that the two-year warranty includes hardware AND software. Especially regarding security.
Android update with LineageOS is unfortunately not available for this model, only for various other Samsung S2 Tabs.

I am not aware of any information in this regard. The current version for this tablet is Android 7.0.
