I have similar problems with the unit. Operated on a Selfsat H50M4, flat antenna. Hotbird is not recognised. Astra 19.2 brings up 120 channels with a full signal during the search. When I want to watch them, all the channels say "no signal". I suspect the device is newly defective.

would be nice if it were so, with us the map is up to date, we have even reset the device but it brings nothing - all channels come in without problems, only with the swiss does not want :/

I agree with @wmesserli's answer, SRF HD channel reception with a Viaccess card, but no reception of SRFINFO HD for me.

I bought and installed this receiver for an elderly neighbour. Initially there was no reception at all - after setting the antenna configuration for the DiSEqC device from the two-way switch (because there was no signal) to "none", about 570 TV channels came in after searching via ASTRA satellite. However, no signal can be received from the Hotbird satellite in this configuration. Do I have to change the DiSEqC device and DisEqC port settings here? Are there any settings in the audio/video settings (e.g. HDMI resolution) that need to be changed? The Viaccess card is present. Please help.

Reception of the SRF HD channels is flawless. Of course, only if the Viaccess card is present.
