Yes, it is variable in height.
The bracket is attached to VESA holes between the TV and the bracket, which means you can mount it that way. But according to the pictures, the TV sits low and the ARC would touch the two front supports or would not have any space at all. If your bracket/TV is variable in height, it would certainly fit.
