Yes/no...not in the original state. With the appropriate firmware update for e.g. Clone BD (Slysoft), it works wonderfully.
I was able to read out my purchased Le Mans 66 (4K HDR) without any problems.

I can confirm the answer of Skype1967, it needs a modified firmware (with an earlier version it was native), then the drive can read UHD or 4K BD.
