I feel the same as Sulacker. Dock runs great under Windows 7 for one of my customers. I didn't test any other configuration, it wasn't relevant for me.

Unfortunately, I can't answer your question because I don't use the docking station with Mac. Everything works perfectly with a Windows PC. The installation was also very easy. I have been a satisfied user for 11 months.
