Can you explain to me why it says "shield" and not "remote"? And, more importantly, why this official Nvidia remote isn't bundled with the 2 Shield products that go with it! I'd always thought that this remote wasn't available on its own. It doesn't last very long if you use your Shield a lot!

Hello, it's really just the remote control for the nVidia Shield TV (old and new). The old (flat) remote still works but I had to change the batteries too often. The new one is better.
