Can you make two monitors independent of each other with this product? That is, does this product support MST (Multi Stream Transport)?

I have connected two monitors to this dock via HDMI and then to my MacBook Pro with the UBS 3.1. This allows me to set in the MacBook how I want to expand the screens (=Total 3 screens if I count the MacBook). Both screens are already connected to the DisplayPort on a Windows computer, so I have this HDMI adapter with LAN for my MacBook.
But I don't know if that answers the question.
