Can you see the notification on the mobile? I have set it on my phone, but when the kids send a voice message with TCL, I don't get anything until I open the app.

Helpful answer

I had the same problem.
I unpinned the watch and paired it again.
Then deleted the app and installed it again.
From now on, every message is displayed directly to me.

Hello - I quickly sent the watches back - already the installation did not work in many places (pairing with iPhones did not work, registering the IMEI number did not work etc.) - I cannot recommend the product. Best regards, T.
