can you tell what happened to a "USED + TESTED" Graka? if someone has only tested it for 2 weeks and only the peelings are missing and nothing else is wrong with it I would take a used one.

Why and why is not communicated. You can only speculate. The 6950 series was released shortly before the 7000. Hence the assumption that the previous owner decided on a better one. If necessary, I would politely ask the customer service for information. If you don't mind the missing peelings, they will thank you for reusing the used item.
