I would say no because they stick out quite far. Secondly, they close off very well against ambient noise, so you wouldn't hear anything from the traffic.

As a general rule, I would not wear in-ear headphones while driving a vehicle, as you hear much less of the other road users. If you only use it to listen to spoken route instructions with simultaneous ANC deactivation, the distraction is within acceptable limits. The recess in a closed helmet must be relatively deep to avoid additional pressure on the ear canal.
