Do I have to buy a memory card for the Denver WCT-8026W wildlife camera? Does the camera also work without WLAN and SIM? Are the instructions in German?

You absolutely need a memory card because the camera does not have its own memory.

You can use it without WiFi and SIM, provided you have a memory card in it.

German instructions are also available.

well as I don't have one myself the answer is not so easy, what I found by googling is to buy a memory card - yes definitely! Regarding SIM, I haven't found anything about this camera in particular, so I can't say whether it supports it. Regarding WLAN, here it is purely logical, WLAN is built in to make it easier for you to get the photos without having to dismantle the whole thing again, especially if you have attached it very high up on the tree, for the camera to work it certainly doesn't need WLAN, this seems logical to me. I'm not sure about the instructions hmm, but I'm sure there are plenty of forums on the internet that could provide some information. I found the same thing with flashes for digital cameras, you just have to take your time.

Moin, I don't know much about wildlife cameras, but I strongly suspect that there is no integrated memory, as far as I know almost no wildlife camera has one. So a memory card makes sense. However, you should consider how long the camera will be in use. A 32 GB might be too small. There is certainly helpful information on the Internet.
