Do I need to use the provided power converted so that the warranty is not voided or can I use the native 12v 6+6 power cable provided with my PSU (Corsair HX1500i ) ?

You can use the native 12VHPWR (12+4 pin) connector from the Corsair HX1500i without any problems.
The warranty remains valid as long as you insert the plug correctly and completely.
