DO NOT BUY this headset model. Warranty coverages are done, but repairs from Sony's repairs or parts not coverd by warranty (example of broken hinge swivel) are no longer available from the official repair provider of Sony, Sertronic, or Sony.

If you're careful, it lasts long enough not to need a warranty.
I've got this helmet and never had any problems.
