No, these only work with the new Late 2015

General note on RAM for a Mac: even if the specifications fit (speed, series, etc.), ONLY the RAMs that are actually intended for the corresponding Mac can be installed in a Mac. Unlike a PC, firmware (min operating system) is installed on a RAM by Apple. The Mac checks at start-up whether the firmware fits the corresponding Mac model. If not, the box will not start, even if all the specifications are actually correct. Therefore, always check first on Kingston which RAM module has to be ordered. If the Mac is not listed on Kingston, it may be a different manufacturer.

Theoretically the wrong speed. The specifications for the Imac 27" Late 2013 are: 4 - 204-pin PC3-12800 (1600 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM.
