Do you need 2.5 or 3.0 mm screws for fastening? I can't find the relevant information. Unfortunately they are not in stock anywhere. Many thanks for any information.

For the Samsung SSD 870 EVO SATA III 2.5 inch - 2 TB MZ-77E2T0B/EU 4 x M3x5mm screws are required. The Samsung SSD 870 EVO SATA III 2.5 inch is sold without accessories. If you still need screws or cables for installation, these must be purchased separately.

I can confirm this and if you need the screws, the following is a pack of 100, unfortunately I couldn't find a smaller pack:
