I have no problems with it. But I think the number pad has separate batteries - they may need to be replaced!

I have had this since I bought it. I suspect it's interference. Had the wifi turned off: Noticeable improvement.
(I even had problems with the keyboard.) Now I'm testing the stick on different USB ports.

unfortunately i already tried it, maybe i was just unlucky with the connection...
